What we do
- Three-phase services: 120/208V and 277/480V
- CT-metered services up to 400A and multi-panel distribution
- Automatic transfer switches and standby generator connections
- Tenant finish and buildouts
- LED lighting retrofits and high-bay lighting
- Equipment, motor, and HVAC circuits
- Subcontract work for general contractors
Commercial jobs run on schedules and inspections, and the electrical has to land in the right order with the other trades. We price from the drawings, carry the license and insurance general contractors ask for, and keep the work neat enough that the next electrician can read it.
Our crew works at height with lifts and fall protection, terminates parallel feeders, and sets up CT metering with the utility.
