What we do

  • Panel and service upgrades, including 100A to 200A
  • Meter-mains with whole-home surge protection
  • Remodel and new-construction wiring
  • Rewires and fixes for older homes
  • Kitchen, pendant, recessed, and exterior lighting
  • EV chargers and generator inlets with interlocks or transfer switches
  • Troubleshooting dead circuits, tripping breakers, and flickering lights

Most of the homes we work on in the Arkansas Valley were wired decades ago for a fraction of today's load. When you add central air, an electric range, a shop, or an EV, the old panel runs out of room. We size the new service to what you actually run, set it up so it passes inspection the first time, and coordinate the disconnect and reconnect with your utility.

Every job gets a written estimate before work starts. We pull the permit, call in the inspection, and leave the panel labeled.

Residential electrical questions

How long does a panel upgrade take?

Most residential panel and service upgrades take one working day on site. The power is off for part of that day. Scheduling the utility disconnect and the inspection can add a few days before and after.

Do I need a permit to replace my electrical panel in Colorado?

Yes. Service and panel replacements need an electrical permit and inspection in Colorado. We pull the permit and schedule the inspection as part of the job.

Can you install an EV charger at my house?

Yes. We check whether your panel has capacity, run a dedicated circuit to the charger location, and install a hardwired charger or a 240-volt outlet.
